Overview
The residents have the opportunity. to request help in urgent emergencies via the caretaker’s emergency call.
This emergency service is operated from Saturday 12:00 to Monday 7:00. At other times there is no possibility of help outside the caretaker’s working hours.
The emergency service also helps with lockouts, but in this case a fee of 60,00 Euro will be charged.
Other emergencies
such as water damage, fire, explosions, vandalism or the like: in these cases, calling the on-call service is of course free of charge.
Meeting point in front of janitor’s office
In any case, you must wait for the on-call service in front of the caretaker’s office, so that the on-call service does not have to look

Please provide your name and, if possible, a mobile phone number.
Active smoke detector tampering?
If you have tampered with the smoke detector during or outside of the janitor’s working hours, a handling fee of € 60.00 will generally be charged for the repair, plus other costs such as materials, hours of work and costs for third-party service providers.
