This residential complex with 410 residential units, mainly single apartments, was first occupied in the summer semester 2001. Two further buildings were ready for occupancy for the winter season 2007/08.
This facility is ideal for students of geosciences/computer science. In fact, the campus also houses the Department of Geography and Computer Science as well as a cafeteria and a bistro. All facilities can be reached within a radius of 400 metres.
In the same walking distance there is also a shopping center and the stop of lines 4 and 14.
The park of the residential complex Petrisberg, equipped with comfortable loungers and Trier’s most beautiful barbecue area, is very spacious and offers plenty of opportunity for outdoor recreation.
The adjacent grounds of the former Landesgartenschau also offer a variety of sporting opportunities and regular cultural events.
Four of the apartments are handicapped accessible.

You can apply for our student residences online at any time. Applications are open to all matriculated students of Universität Trier, Hochschule Trier and Theologische Fakultät Trier.Forms will be processed on a first come, first served basis. Due to the high demand, the duration of stay is limited to eight semesters initially. It is possible to extend the rental period if the student can prove that they are in the final stage of their degree at this time.Applications from disabled students, students with children, foreign students and students receiving BAföG support will be processed as a prioriity.
Exchange students should contact the International Office (Akademisches Auslandsamt der Hochschule) which is responsible for procurement of living space.
