- You have specified the correct user name and password?
But you still cannot install your internet connection?
This is not sufficient?
Then you may contact one of the tutors. They will be able to help you by themselves or know someone, who can do it.
Note: Each month you can use an amount of 210 GB as part of the rental price. If this isn’t enough you can buy further traffic. 10 Euro per 20 GB which will end at midnight of the last day of the current month.
Network traffic can be queried or booked as follows

- for all tenants: at the StudiwerkOffice SO! Tarforst or Schneidershof.
Every time a user volume of 75 % and 90 % is reached the user will receive an automatic info mail stating the already consumed traffic.
